Ordering:  Credit card orders can be placed by phone between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Central Time, Monday through Friday.   Simply call or fax us at 1-888-618-7325 (00-1-850-951-2353 for international orders) to use your VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.  You can also mail a completed order form to:  REAL, 1570 Caswell Road, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, 32433-7608, USA.

Payment:  Mailed in orders must be accompanied by either credit card information, money order, or personal check payable to "REAL".  All returned checks are subject to a $15.00 charge.  International money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US funds.  Sorry no CODs.

Shipping Time:  Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours via US Postal Service.  Priority, Express and Airmail shipments should arrive in 3 to 7 days.  Personal checks must clear before your order can be shipped (approximately 10 business days).

US Shipping:  Please refer to our online order form to determine your shipping charge and add this amount to your order form.

International Shipping:  Please be aware, often U.S. import shipments are held by the destination country's customs and/or postal authorities until the applicable duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.  Usually, unclaimed or unpaid shipments are only held for 30 days before being returned to the U.S.  REAL is not responsible for customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country and can not refund shipping charges for unclaimed/returned shipments.  Refer to our online order form to determine your shipping charge and add this amount to your order form.

Customer Service:  If you have a question or concern, please phone us during our normal operating hours, or email us at support@realstands.com and we will be happy to assist you.  Please have your name, address, payment method, invoice number, and date of order readily available so we can assist you as quickly as possible.  If writing us the old fashioned way, you will also need to provide all the previously mentioned information.

Refund & Exchange:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return it to us within 15 days of receipt.  To receive a refund or exchange, please make sure the product is still in the same condition which received with the original packaging and any paperwork that was sent with it.  Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the product is damaged, defective or mis-shipped.
